GLocate is a HMM-based gene prediction program for rice. The Markov model parameters
are trained using rice full-length cDNAs and TIGR rice genome pseudomolecules.

- FASTA format and raw data format are supported.
- A, T, G, C and N in the sequence are acceptable.(case insensitive and all whitespace characters are ignored)
